Our Recruiting Process
From the insightful introductory interview to the carefully selected placement, every step of L. Stevens & Company's unique recruiting process is focused on each candidate's vision of his or her ideal job. In fact, one of the first questions we ask you in the introductory interview is to describe your perfect job. The bottom line is this: what is important to you is what is important to us. Everyone wins when we make a successful match based, not only on the right skills, but also on a shared business philosophy, similar personality, and common work style. As a result, our recruiting process is built around three key components:
How long does it usually take to find a match? The searching and placement process varies as widely as the number of people we have placed in administrative positions. Our state of the art, human resource and skill match system can quickly identify possible candidates for each position and vice versa. However, it takes the expertly trained employment specialists to narrow the field to one, two or three job opportunities. We have placed our candidates as quickly as two hours.
