  • We obtain in-depth information from candidates in confidential interviews. In our first conversation, we will begin learning about your experience, career history, personality, compensation expectations, professional preferences, and personal goals. Then, when a job fitting your criteria becomes available, we will talk with you again to discuss your specific skills in relation to the available job. Throughout the process we remain respectful of your valuable time.
  • We do our homework on our client companies. Through personal meetings we gain valuable insight into our client companies, including a fuller understanding of what they want from an employee and what they have to offer. Today's savvy professionals want detailed information about the companies they are considering, and we supply it.

How long does it usually take to find a match?

The searching and placement process varies as widely as the number of people we have placed in administrative positions. Our state of the art, human resource and skill match system can quickly identify possible candidates for each position and vice versa. However, it takes the expertly trained employment specialists to narrow the field to one, two or three job opportunities. We have placed our candidates as quickly as two hours.
